DASHA – Operations manager

Dasha has been with Perchd since day one, leading our changeovers and laundry operations. With a sharp eye for detail and a drive for excellence, she ensures our housekeeping standards remain consistently high and manages the wider team with skill and care.

Tim – Maintenance Manager

Tim has been an invaluable part of Perchd for over a year. He oversees maintenance at all our properties and brings years of experience from working with a competitor. Having seen – and fixed – almost every issue imaginable, Tim is our go-to problem solver!

Karolina – Housekeeping manager

Karolina has been a trusted part of our team for several years, working closely with Dasha to help manage the housekeeping team. She oversees all property consumables, supports day-to-day coordination of changeovers, and plays a key role in maintaining our consistently high standards.

ERIC – GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Eric leads our guest experience team, combining his background in design with a passion for technology and smart systems. Always looking for ways to improve workflows and enhance the guest journey, he brings creativity, precision, and a thoughtful approach to every interaction.

MIKKO – GUEST SUPPORT

Mikko plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience, managing daily communications with warmth and efficiency. Whether answering questions or anticipating needs, Mikko ensures every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and confident that their stay will be exceptional.

Laura – BRAND & STYLING

Laura helps shape the Perchd guest experience through property styling, branding and presentation. From interiors and staging to social media and visual identity, she focuses on creating welcoming, thoughtfully curated spaces that feel both comfortable and memorable for guests.

KRISTINE – GUEST SUPPORT

Kristine works alongside Mikko and Eric to provide timely and helpful support to our guests. Her friendly communication and attention to detail help deliver a consistently high level of service.
